We will walk in nature, meditate at the foot of a flowing stream in a serene valley where we'll stay, have some time for relaxation, feed our body with fresh, quality delicious food made of seasonal local products, enjoy the SPA and restore the balance and serenity to body and mind.
In between you are invited to wander the alleys of the village, between the cafes and taverns, to meet the local people and get to know the culture of the place.
It is an invitation to an inner journey that will allow you to better understand yourself, awaken the senses and reconnect to your passions and dreams.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Iris Shaked, a certified Pilates teacher for the past 16 years, a Reiki master, mindfulness practitioner, owner of a Pilates studio. Iris leads body-mind retreats integrating in her teaching from the knowledge she has acquired over the years for flowing and beneficent movement together with mindfulness, and the way it influences on daily life both physically, emotionally and mentally.
