Most of the time we live in worries about the future and what we think it may bring, or preoccupied with what has already happened. In the space between them, we have very few moments left in which we are truly present in what is really here and now. In that space lies our potential, an Open Field that with heart felted intention will cultivate the most beautiful flowers – our true nature.

We will connect to the power and wisdom within us through Pilates exercises and conscious movement, meditation and discourse, have some time for relaxation, feed our body with fresh, quality, delicious food made of seasonal local products, enjoy the SPA and restore the balance and serenity to body and mind.

ABOUR THE TEACHER:
Iris Shaked, a certified Pilates teacher for the past 16 years, a Reiki master, mindfulness practitioner, owner of a Pilates studio. Iris leads body-mind retreats integrating in her teaching from the knowledge she has acquired over the years for flowing and beneficent movement together with mindfulness, and the way it influences on daily life both physically, emotionally and mentally.
